Whit Honea is a writer of fiction, poetry, essay, humor and screenplays. His writing has been recognized with nominations for numerous awards, including the prestigious Pushcart Prize. His blogging is featured online at FameCrawler, DadCentric, Parenticity and his own blog, Honea Express.

Whit graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Creative Writing and then proceeded down two seemingly distinct career paths, tending bar and working in childcare. In hindsight he claims that the only difference between the two professions is how you smell at the end of a shift.

He is married with two fearless boys in the deserts of Los Angeles.
